FAQs

RETURNS

What is our return and exchange policy?
Due to the nature of print on demand, we can not accept returns on wallpaper unless it is damaged. If unsure about the color or material, we highly recommend ordering a sample/swatch to get a feel of the product and the colors.

We offer returns within 14 days on blankets if you are not satisfied. You will be responsible for return shipping.

We do not accept returns on digital artwork.

SHIPPING

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
At this time, we are currently not accepting orders outside of the United States. Check back soon as we are working through the details. Thank you for your patience.

How long will it take to receive my order?
I'm sure we are all aware of Covid delays. In stock items such as blankets and swaddles will be shipped Priority within 3 business days. Once shipped, most orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

We expect wallpaper to arrive between 2-3 weeks through UPS. Hopefully you will see it sooner.

Digital Items will be available immediately following checkout.

WALLPAPER

Why are my colors different?
Colors vary from monitor to monitor and may not match exactly to printed samples. We recommend ordering samples to get a better idea of the color.

Why should I order 20% more wallpaper?
We can not guarantee colors will match if additional wallpaper is ordered. Based on the printing process it is nearly impossible to get the same results if printed at a later time. We recommend ordering 20% additional yardage.

Can I hang wallpaper myself?
We think anyone with a lot of patience can hang peel and stick wallpaper. However, with our traditional wallpapers, we recommend having it measured and installed by a professional.

Should my walls be prepped?
For best results we recommend primer and semi-gloss paint. If newly painted, allow to dry prior to installation, the greater of 72 hours or according to the paint manufacturer’s recommended cure time.

What type of adhesive do you recommend for your traditional wallpaper?
Per manufacturers recommendation, Roman or Zinsser Adhesives work best.
