About Wren & Rumor

Wren & Rumor was born in Dallas, Texas, shortly before my daughter, Grey, arrived. In my search for stylish swaddle blankets for my newborn, I couldn’t find anything that truly resonated with me. So, I started designing my own blankets, which I began selling online and at local shows. Over time, I expanded my designs to include wallpaper, experimenting with them in my own home. My commitment is to only offer products that I would proudly use in my own space.

My name is Jill Patterson, and I now live in Greenville, South Carolina with my husband Mike and our two kids, Augie and Grey. I graduated from North Carolina State University’s College of Textiles and worked as a CAD Designer before returning to school to earn a degree in Communication Design. As a Graphic Designer, I created for the print industry before choosing to stay home and raise my future creatives.
