Design with kids in mind.

Wren & Rumor was created in Dallas, Texas shortly before my daughter, Grey, was born. I wanted to find stylish swaddle blankets for my newborn and couldn't find anything that I loved. That's when I began creating my own blanket designs and selling them online and at local shows. After several years, I started offering my patterns on wallpaper and testing them out in my own home. I won't sell anything I wouldn't put in my own home.

My name is Jill Patterson, and I live in Greenville, South Carolina with my husband Mike, and our two kids, Augie and Grey. I graduated from North Carolina State University from the College of Textiles and worked several years as a CAD Designer before going back to school to get a degree in Communication Design. As a Graphic Designer, I was able to create for the print industry before staying home to raise my future creatives.
